We're dedicated to giving you the very best shopping experience with our quirky up to date range of products, with a focus on delivering unique products and great customer service.
We have been trading for over 20 years and Quirky has come a long way from its beginnings. In previous years Caroline Smith started up the company Gemrock Handcrafted Jewellery with help from her parents who also worked in the business, she sold jewellery direct to the public through pop up shops all over the country and also some online selling. When Caroline first started out, she initially manufactured all of the jewellery by hand but with the ever changing fashion trends and also working full-time elsewhere this became increasingly more difficult. So she quit the day job to focus more on the business and make her vision come true.
In the last 5 years Caroline decided to not only sell jewellery but to also branch out by selling other accessories including scarves, Italian clothing, handbags, hats etc. The business name was then revamped and changed to Quirky Boutique to include all the different products we sold and to also bring our products onto our local high street so we could work direct with the public on a daily basis and have a base for staff to work. This would also give our regular customers chance to pop into our shop rather than waiting on us attending events. Our high street shop Quirky Boutique, 4 Queen Street, Carnoustie opened on 28th June 2019 and has been a fantastic addition to our ever growing business. We have knowledgeable staff there on hand to greet our customers and also run our successful online part of the business. We now serve and dispatch all over the UK and also dispatch abroad.
